As I keep building what I hope will become my first game, the fact that Ron Gilbert is dev-blogging again on Grumpy Gamer feels like a great source of encouragement. Even the comments section is back, which made me super nostalgic for Thimbleweed Park’s blog and podcast from 2015–2018.

I want to try Death by Scrolling soon, but starting a second Thimbleweed playthrough on this Halloween night seems both mandatory and thematically appropriate. I’ll report back once I find a certain book-a-reno in the mansion’s library...
